VII One Health Symposium of Pernambuco and I Symposium of the NegliOne Network

We are the VII One Health Symposium of Pernambuco and the I Symposium of the NegliOne Network — the Network for Advanced Studies on Neglected Diseases in the Context of One Health in Northeast Brazil (NegliOne/INCT-CNPq). On November 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2026, we will gather at the Sectoral Library of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE) to foster a space for dialogue, learning, and collective construction among researchers, students, professionals, public managers, and representatives of civil society. In this edition, the symposium aims to strengthen the One Health approach, integrating human, animal, plant, and environmental health in addressing contemporary challenges — with particular emphasis on neglected diseases. Over the course of three days, participants will have the opportunity to share knowledge, experiences, and innovative initiatives that strengthen research, outreach, innovation, and scientific cooperation.
